Refund and Returns Policy

Have you received damaged goods or the wrong product(s), please shoot us an email at with the problem and your order # and we’ll be happy to fix it!

If you are otherwise unsatisfied with your order, you may return the product(s) by submitting this form within 14 days after receiving it, and you will get a full refund on the product(s) when we have received them. Only unused, non-custom products can be refunded, please refer to lists below to see products not eligible for returns/refunds. We do not issue refunds on Shipping costs. Any return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards/Coupon value
  • Digital products
  • Custom-made items such as commissions
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
