What payment options are available in your shop?

You can pay with Paypal, iDeal, Belfius Direct Net, EPS, Bancontact, SOFORT, Giropay and more.

How long will processing and shipping my order take?

Generally processing orders takes 1-3 days (can be more if you have ordered a custom item such as a commission).

When will my package arrive?

If it was possible for your order, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email to track your package.
If you think your package has been lost please send me a message with your order # at contact@peetsj.net .

Why can’t I order from my country?

Because of both COVID and new shipping laws, we still cannot ship to all countries and have to add some countries seperately.
Please send us an email at contact@peetsj.net with which country you are from so we can look into available shipping options.

How do I return an item? Can I get a refund?
