Whenever I’m attending a convention, a free “Pickup at (ConventionName)” shipping option will be enabled a few weeks beforehand.
Should the option not yet be enabled please send me a DM or email <3. Don’t forget your order number when you visit my table!
You can pay safely with Paypal, iDeal, Creditcard, Belfius Direct Net, EPS, Bancontact, SOFORT, Giropay and more.
Generally processing orders takes 1-3 days (can be more if you have ordered a custom item such as a commission).

If it was possible for your order, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email to track your package.
If you think your package has been lost please send me a message with your order # at firstname.lastname@example.org .

Because of both COVID and new shipping laws, we still cannot ship to all countries and have to add some countries seperately.
